SoFresh brings their second restaurant, specializing in ‘Fast Casual Fresh’ cuisine, to the Pittsburgh area. Tenant fit-out of approximately 1,800 SF, including architectural finishes, mechanical, and electrical work, began in June of 2019. The existing space requires a raised topping slab to meet existing patio elevations as well as an interior steel structural addition to allow for a new office and a mechanical mezzanine. The project is located on the street retail level of the Eastside Bond Apartments building along South Highland Avenue.
