UNION HALL RENOVATIONS

Burchick has been awarded a Design- Build contract for the renovations to the SEIU Union Hall in Wilkinsburg, PA. Burchick is teamed with the Avon Design Group to convert the existing building floor plan into a more workable space for union meetings and services. The new floor plan will also provide a facility to the local Wilkinsburg residents for community meetings and activities.

The design is currently underway, and construction is expected to begin in 1st quarter 2027.
