Ruckus Café at EQT Tower

Ruckus Cafe is not just a cafe - it is a place where coffee, music, food, and art intersect.  It is a hub for cultural exchange in the downtown Pittsburgh community.

Burchick recently completed the renovation and tenant improvements for the new Rukus Café in downtown Pittsburgh, located in the EQT Tower on Liberty Avenue.  Our work included preparation of the shell space, new power and lighting, HVAC modifications, new plumbing, and partition and millwork alterations.

The space serves not only as a café but also as a meeting place for local artists, and companies seeking an after-work gathering spot.

Burchick worked in close conjunction with the Building Manager JLL, to complete the work in an operating high-rise building. Burchick’s work was scheduled to avoid busy peak building hours for occupancy and operation.
