Burchick has been awarded a $2 million contract for various façade renovations to the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh – Oakland campus facility.

The work will be focused on the exterior of the “Stacks” area of the library. Scope of work includes façade demolition, replacement, new windows and architectural repairs to disturbed areas.

Work is expected to begin this summer with completion expected by the end of 2025.
